Everything you do with those afterwards is free and always will be. Editing your programs — adding exercises, changing sets and reps, reordering, removing whole sessions — logging workouts, tracking progress, daily check-ins and viewing your history cost us nothing to run, so charging for them would be arbitrary.
What costs credits is asking the AI to build something new. Rebuilding a program when you have outgrown it, a fresh nutrition plan, more coaching. That is the part with a bill attached at our end, and it is the only part with one at yours.

Only generation costs credits. Anything that reads or records your own data, or edits a program you already have, is free. Once you have bought credits you also get 3 coach messages a day at no cost, so asking a quick question never feels metered.
How payment works
Choose a pack, pay through our payment provider, and credits appear in your balance within seconds. We never see or store your card details.
Credits are reserved before a plan is generated and only charged once it passes our safety checks. If a generation fails, you are not charged — the credits return automatically and you do not need to ask.
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. See the refund policy.
