PerformOS is operated by Zuhair Ahmad. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that entity.

PerformOS generates training and nutrition plans using artificial intelligence, based on the information you provide about your goals, injuries, equipment and schedule.

This is general fitness information, not medical advice. We are not doctors, physiotherapists or dietitians. We do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Nothing here replaces a qualified professional, and you should speak to one about any pain, injury, illness or dietary requirement.

Plans are generated by software. We apply automated safety checks to every plan before you see it — including checks against the injuries you have told us about — but you remain responsible for judging whether an exercise is appropriate for you on the day. Stop immediately if something causes sharp, joint or worsening pain.

You must be at least 16 years old to use PerformOS. If you are under 18, please use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure, and for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated signup credits is not permitted.
• The information you give us shapes your plan. Inaccurate information produces an inappropriate plan, and that is the main reason to keep it current.

• Paid features are purchased as credits. Only generation costs credits — viewing, logging and tracking are always free.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days. Credits you have already spent cannot, because the cost of generating that plan has already been incurred. See our refund policy for the detail.
• We may change prices. A change never affects credits you have already bought.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or republish generated plans as your own product.
• Attempt to extract our prompts, models or underlying systems.
• Use automated means to create accounts or generate content at scale.
• Use the service in a way that breaks the law where you are.

The plans generated for you are yours to use for your own training. The software, the exercise and food catalogues, and the systems that produce those plans remain ours.

You keep ownership of the data you enter. We use it to generate and improve your plans, as described in our privacy policy.

We aim to keep PerformOS available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused credits.

[REVIEW] To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of PerformOS is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You accept that physical training carries inherent risk, and that you undertake it at your own risk having been advised to consult a professional.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings; doing so removes your personal data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we lawfully can.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

[REVIEW] These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
