Train smarter. Play better.
The operating system for athletic performance.
A basketball coach that knows your knee hurts and that you have a real food budget. Programs, tracking and nutrition built around the athlete you actually are — not a template with your name on it.
No subscription. One gym program, one basketball program and one nutrition plan free — then edit and track them for as long as you like.

One athlete profile behind all of it. Your injuries change what the gym prescribes, your court volume changes what you eat, and every session you log feeds the next program.
Why your training probably is not working
Generic programmes ignore your body
A twelve-week programme written for nobody in particular does not know your ankle is still recovering, and will happily prescribe depth jumps in week three.
Nutrition advice assumes a Western supermarket
Chicken, oats and whey. Useful if that is what you eat and can afford. Most athletes in India are working with dal, rice, curd and a real budget.
A coach costs more than most players can spend
Good individual coaching in India runs ₹5,000–15,000 a month. That is the actual reason most players train off YouTube.
How it works
Tell us about yourself once
Body, goals, the days you can train, what equipment you actually have, injuries, what you eat and what you can spend. Seven screens, about four minutes.
Get a week built for you
Sessions with real sets, reps and RPE. Court work measured in makes and attempts, not reps. Meals with gram quantities from food you can buy locally.
Log it, and next week adapts
Tick sets off as you go. Miss sessions, feel wrecked, gain weight — next week accounts for it, and tells you what changed and why.
What you actually get
Real output. The meal day below is exactly what the generator produced for a vegetarian athlete on 2,900 kcal — it came back at 2,897.
Wednesday — Court
45 minShooting is measured in makes and attempts. Not sets and reps — that never made sense for a jump shot.
Food for the day
2,897 kcal · 155 g proteinEvery gram is costed against a real food catalog, filtered to your budget, your diet and your allergies.
Why this is different
It refuses to hurt you
Injuries map to blocked movement patterns in code, not in a prompt. A model cannot talk its way past a sprained ankle, because the rule lives somewhere the model never sees.
It knows what food costs
Tell us your monthly budget and the plan is built from what that actually buys. No plan you have to ignore because it opens with 200 g of salmon.
It explains itself
Every session says why it is there. When your plan changes mid-week, you get a note explaining what moved and what caused it.
You pay for what you use
No subscription to forget about. Your first program in each discipline is free and lasts for months — editing it, training on it, logging and tracking cost nothing, and unused credits never expire.
Simple pricing
Your first gym program, first basketball program and first nutrition plan are free. After that, credits: a program is 4 and lasts for months — you rebuild it when you have outgrown it, not every week — and a nutrition plan is 3. Editing your programs, training, logging and tracking your progress are always free.

Questions
Is this a replacement for a physio or a doctor?
No, and it will tell you so. It builds training around an injury you have recorded; it will not diagnose one, clear you to play, or discuss medication.
What if I do not have a gym?
Tell us what you do have — a ball and a hoop, some dumbbells, nothing at all — and plans are built from that. Equipment you do not own is never prescribed.
Is it only for basketball?
Today, yes. The whole system is built around one sport done properly rather than five done vaguely. More sports come after this one is genuinely good.
What happens if I stop using it?
Nothing. There is no subscription to cancel and your remaining credits stay where they are. Come back in three months and they are still there.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits, within 14 days. Credits you have already spent are not refundable, because the generation has already happened — the full policy is on the refunds page.
